The Royal Palm Hotel was a large hotel, which was built by railroad magnate, Henry Flagler in Buena Vista, or Miami, Florida. The hotel opened January 16, 1897. It remained a popular attraction, until the hurricane of 1926 severely damaged it. Then in 1930, it was torn down. Click Here to read more history.

Scarce Old Tampa Consistory No. 1 Silverplate Spread Knife
A Wonderful piece of Tampa's History. Of course, it's been used, by some of FloridaPast's most Prominent Men.
We borrowed a paragraph of history about Tampa Consistory No. 1 - " TAMPA CONSISTORY No. 1 – Tampa Consistory No.1 received hits Charter in 1901 in Plant City. Due to the records being destroyed by fire, it is unknown when the Consistory moved from Plant City to Tampa. The first recorded meeting was held on January 12, 1903 when Ill. Olin S. Wright convened the Consistory for election and installation of officers. Brother E. H. Kratz was installed as Prior, George P. Sullivan as Master of Ceremonies and Brother John C.
