Beautiful Detailing, Great Paint, No damage, carved signature on base. Note that at sometime in it's life, there was a Above the Average Tampa Florida Cigar Label Affixed to the base.
I decided to leave it there. You can remove if you like. Note too, that the base is carved from the same piece.
Unlike others where the base is separately nailed to the carving.

Early 1900s Primitive Souvenir Well Jacksonville

Built in the early part of 1900s -
Wishing Wells were very popular in the early years of Souvenirs.
Especially FloridaPast. This particular well was made in the early part of the 20th century. Primitive in it's own right. All in Great Shape, except for the lacking grass that once was affixed. Normal for this to happen through the years. A Wonderful FloridaPast Treasure!

Wonderful Old Souvenir of FloridaPast. Using Mother Nature to promote Florida, was a big thing "back in the day". It's unfortunate that most of these wooden treasures never made it to present day. With the exception of some lacking bark, and finish, from use, this bottle opener is in Terriffic Condition! Another Great Piece of Wood-Work Souvenir of FloridaPast!
